Our Story

Fork ‘N Delicious was created during the Global Pandemic. Owner and Chef James Winchester came up with the idea after Covid 19 decimated the restaurant industry.

James started his career in the food service industry working for his grandfather, who owned the Chuck Wagon in Marlboro. As a kid his first job there was as a dishwasher and eventually, he worked his way up to cooking.

James has spent the last 15 years working as a Sous Chef, Head Chef and a GM in local restaurants.

In 2021, James decided the time was right to jump into being the owner of a food truck. The vision became reality when he reached out to family to help with coming up with a name for the truck. When his cousin threw out Fork ‘N Delicious, everything came together!

While James excels at many different types of cuisine, he wanted the food truck to feature comfort foods. The menu he created features many favorites made with the best quality food. His steak and cheese has been touted as the best around, and often sells out quickly. All the food on the truck is fresh and made from scratch, as James likes to say, “this is no hot dog truck”.

After only a few months on the road last year, the truck has quite a following.  Come check us out and we will  serve you some of the best Fork’N Delicious food you have ever had on wheels.
